How come I can't see your product's prices and the 'Add to Cart' button?

You need to be an authorized Dealer with Kevro and sign up for a Kevro Website Membership. Once your membership has been approved, you will then be able to see our prices and use our online store. You can sign up for a membership here.

 

How do I become an authorized Dealer with Kevro? 

If you are interested in becoming a Dealer, please email info@kevro.com with all of your information (name, company name, address, etc.) and what products you are interested in. Someone from Kevro will contact you with further details.

 

How do I update or change my contact info and address information?

If your contact information, shipping address, or billing address ever changes, please contact Kevro directly to ensure the changes are made in our system. We will then update your Kevro website account accordingly.

 

Can I use a Credit Card or PayPal account to pay for products in your online store instantly? 

No. Currently we do not have direct credit card processing or PayPal set up with our store. We may look into adding these features at a later date.

 

How do I pay for products in your online store? 

There is only one payment method available at this time, which is called "Pay With Terms". After receiving your online order, payment will be processed as per your terms with Kevro, and we will contact you with further details if necessary.

 

What if I order products that are out of stock? 

If you place an order and we find that all or part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you ASAP to let you know. We can then, if you choose, create a backorder for you so when we do get the products in stock, we can ship them out right away.

 

How do I order products that are "Available by Special Order only"? 

There are some products and speaker finishes listed in our price lists that are available by SPECIAL ORDER only. These products will not be shown on the website, but can still be purchased. To order any of these products, please email maorders@kevro.com, and we will get back to you with product availability, shipping information, and any other details.

 

How do I order parts or get my product serviced? 

Please contact service@kevro.com for any warranty / service inquiries and to place orders for any needed parts. Please include in the email the model number and serial number of your product along with a short description of the product issue.

 

How does shipping work? 

You will have multiple options to select from in the checkout phase regarding how you would like your products shipped. Please note that shipping costs are not included and standard Kevro shipping terms apply. Any necessary shipping costs will be added to your order after we have received it.

 

What are Kevro's shipping terms? 

Prepaid shipping terms are based on Dealer Program Levels (see below for details). Prepaid freight applies to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states only. Extra freight charges may apply for residential delivery, lift gate and other additional services.

Silver Dealer
- Traditional box speakers are prepaid on orders of $1,500 or more.
- Custom speakers are prepaid on orders of $500 or more.

Gold Dealer
- Traditional box speakers are prepaid on orders of $1,000 or more.
- Custom speaker orders ship for free.

Platinum Dealer
- Traditional box speakers are prepaid on orders of $1,000 or more.
- Custom speaker orders ship for free.
